3333 Hennepin is a missing middle project in the South Uptown neighborhood. This Missing Middle project will provide more housing choices in walkable neighborhoods while meeting the scale of single-family neighborhoods. The project Owners and Architect worked closely on selecting building materials and finishes to maintain sustainability and design aesthetics. This housing project will provide 11 units and office space. The two buildings–one built where the existing single-family home was and the other where the detached garage was–are connected by decking and a stairwell to allow daylight into the units while providing outdoor space and connection to the neighborhood. This project focuses on quality of construction, quality of living, and sustainability.

Prairie Justice Center Garage Addition
This garage addition consists of a 10,064 square foot precast addition to the current Law Enforcement garage for the Nobles County Justice Center. The garage will house emergency and law enforcement vehicles for the growing Nobles County. Security was important during this project as it connected directly to the adjacent Justice Center.
