Prior to co-founding Brennan Construction in 1994, Mike was a Project Manager for Ryan Companies in Cedar Rapids, IA and Minneapolis, MN. Mike is a Registered Structural Engineer (retired) and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Mike has managed and developed several major projects with Brennan Construction including: The Landkamer Building, Mankato, MN; Bolton & Menk Headquarters, Mankato, MN; Old Town Center, Mankato, MN; Car-X Auto Center, Mankato, MN; AgStar/Farm Credit, Mankato, MN; Blockbusters/Texaco, Mankato, MN; Centenary Methodist Church, Mankato, MN; Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Mankato, MN; and numerous tenant buildouts in River Hills Mall, Mankato, MN.
Mike's hobbies and activities include golf, church and community involvement, Kiwanis board member, South Central College Foundation board member, Blue Earth County Historical Society board member and Envision 2020 stakeholder.
